I received an advertisement for The North Face products from https://www.giannst.com/ I ordered a North Face Fleece from the site and paid with my credit card the amount of 59.00 for the product and 10.00 for express shipping, total amount 69.00. The site I was ordering from was a family owned and operated outdoor store in New Jersey. Once the order was completed and I received my order conformation the site looked like a generic site. I later checked the tracking and it and it was coming from CHINA with a shipping address from Jane, 371 Little Falls RD STE 4, Cedar Grove NJ 07009. When I attempted to call for return, the contact number is for Santa Ana, CA phone number 1-714-900-3277. The product I received was a cheaply made thin fabric counterfeit knockoff of a North Face fleece with an iron on label and no product tags. There was multiple iron on press marks on the fleece. I currently have the product in the original packaging and received no packing slip with the product to complete the return without contacting the return number below. I made a fraudulent product claim with my credit card company and disputed the charge. The charge to my credit card was charged through Trucey.com for $69.00. I have also made a complaint on Instagram to notify them of the fraudulent company selling counterfeit products as The North Face. I was able to identify the site as a counterfeit seller and haven't seen any more advertisements.
