In the advertisement FB they show a video of an item being expanded in various directions and applied to the side of a home or on a fence. The item looks to be about 4'x4' but expands to near 8'x4' approximately. However what I received is four pieces about 2'x2' each and does not expand at all. Is only a plastic webbing with plastic leaves bound to them. Nothing at all like what is pictured in the video. I have gone back and said they have a section on returns which states items on sale cannot be returned and on anything shipped fee I must pay the return shipping costs....and as I had tracked them I know they were shipped from China. There are few options to reach out to them and when attempting to contact them there is no reply. I had actually placed a second order just prior to receiving the first, as they had advertised an even further sale...........I have tried to cancel the second order but saw on my CC statement that both orders had been deducted from my account. Only received confirmation of 2nd order. So far no tracking info at all on that one.
