My girlfriend saw their ads on Facebook, so she ordered two products from their websites which cost $44.80 USD. After more than a month, she had to contact the company to double check for the shipping status, and they gave her another tracking number with the WRONG product (a phone stand).

She emailed to let them know and request them to ship the correct products that she ordered.

However, they made excuses and said they cannot do that because they already paid the international shipping fee. They also gave her two options:

1. In order to get full refund, she has to pay the international shipping fee to return THEIR MISPLACED PRODUCT. Once they received the product, they will issue a refund for her AND it will take more than 1 month for her to get it.

2. She can keep the WRONG PRODUCT and they will refund 40-52% of her money.

NOTE: She is not the only victim of this fraud company. I have found similar complaints online about this company/this scammer (you can google it).
