This company does not allow you to cancel even when using their tech support step by step instructions. They said the contract renewed automatically after I was told service was canceled multiple times. I have not used the service for 3 years but recently just had to put a stop payment so they could no longer charge me. The damage is done though and I'm out over 1000 dollars because of their neglect to cancel my service with them.
