I ordered a sweatshirt and some accessories from Ghost Supply Clothing LLC on November 1st, 2023. It is now February 17th, 2024 and I have not received any kind of shipping confirmation. I attempted to reach out through email to the owner, Nicholas Speed, on two occasions, and was not responded to either time. I then attempted to message the Ghost Supply Clothing Instagram account to inquire about my order, and was promptly blocked. Upon reading reviews from others who purchased from Ghost Supply Clothing recently, I learned Nicholas Speed has not been fulfilling any orders placed through the company. Please do not buy from Ghost Supply Clothing.

I placed an order as a Christmas gift for my partner in November of 2022. It is currently January 22nd, 2024 and despite numerous attempts at contacting the owner for updates and shipping information, I have received no word back about my order. Ghost Supply does not respond to any customer support messages sent on his social media pages, and actively deletes comments from customers inquiring about missing orders. Considering it’s been over a year since my original order, I can only assume that he has taken this money from me with no intention of fulfilling the goods that I purchased from him. Ghost Supply will stall on all order information until it is too late to go back to your bank for a refund and maintain a constant claim that he will eventually fulfill these goods.

I ordered a hoodie and immediately got an order confirmation but never got confirmation that it shipped. One month later nothing had changed so I emailed and even DM’d the seller on other platforms and have gotten no response about the status of my order.

I made my order on November 25, 2022. Ghost supply’s website said things will take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to be sent and there was no refunds and or exchanges on orders. Today is now September 23, 2023 and I am still waiting on my order that costed $139.00.

I am not the only person who has experienced not getting the things we ordered and ghost supply refuses to give anyone a refund.

If you leave a comment under his Instagram-his main source of contact, mentioning anything about your order still not being sent, he will delete the comment as if it’s out of sight, out of mind. If you direct message ghost, he’ll simply ask you for your order number and never reply after that.

I have gotten emails from him stated that my order will be sent out soon but it never does. Too many times where they will do these big drops of their supply and consumers will order until it’s out of stoke then none of us will get our merchandise that we paid for and we’ll see him post that he’s at high scale venues or big parties but then claims he has no money to make our products and hence why it’s taking “longer than expected.”
