I bought the product off Instagram. They never emailed a confirmation number or email as they said they would. I reached out to them. They said they had the order and sent it but wouldn’t send me my order number or prove they even knew who I way. They told me it was lost in transit. The offerred me 30% off to order again. I said no I want a refund. They said they would refund me. I asked for a confirmation email of refund. They never refunded me or sent me a confirmation of refund email. They are playing dumb now saying they refunded me but won’t send any confirming info (they have no way of identifying me as a customer because there’s no order number etc). They won’t refund or send item I ordered. This has been reported by others online as well.
