I purchased a hair curler in July 2023. When I noticed the status on their website it said it was delivered August 15, 2023. I disputed immediately because I did not receive it. The seller suggested for me to contact my post office. I did but they couldn’t locate it without a transfer US tracking # which the seller refused to provide. Dhgate intervened and since according to them I didn’t have enough evidence, they close my case. I kept fighting for weeks, spoke with so many agents but all said they would escalate. I also emailed one of the agents the evidence I had where my mail is delivered and no big packages are included on 8/15. . Lastly, They said it was up to the seller to refund me but he refused. That was the last of my patience..This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
