SHANGHAI MEICHENG TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. is a Chinese registered corporation based in Shanghai. They have dozens of websites registered under their name that are all fake online shopping websites that claim to sell a wide variety of products ranging from furniture, electronics, etc. However, they do not actually deliver any products purchased and are intended to scam people into paying for merchandise that they do not actually have and never intended to deliver once they have received a customer's payment. Ghengile.com is one of many websites that is registered under their name of this nature. In addition to this, ghengile.com is fraudulently using the address, phone number, and identity of a woman located in Janesville, WI as a false "point of contact" for the website.
