Today I filed a complaint with the FTC, I would suggest everyone doing that here is the web page below. They cannot resolve our dispute individually here is what they will do:

I did speak with someone at this number they stated they would call back in 1 hour never did. I called them back and they hung up on me, called them again and the message was this number is no longer in service. Called from another Phone and it stated you have been forwarded to VM. I can only hope this can be resolved with my credit card company I filed a claim of this Scam. Please be careful out there scammers everywhre

I ordered face cream and eye cream, I was ordering 1x. They got y credit card and now they are charging me 96.95 X2 each month. I never authorized this and now it is impossible to cancel this. I have tried various numbers and they do not work. The company name changes on my credit card statement each charge. This is an absolute scam. one time time purchase of 6.95 turned into 96.95 x 2 each month for a total of 193.90.

grove, CA 92842. Can't get in touch with them by phone. This is a scam. Thought I was getting gummy bears from Oprah Winfrey. Getting in touch with my credit card company.

I would like to know this back this stuff stinks it does not smell good I see all the people saying you charging them more money so that's where my money went y'all stole my money from me that I was supposed to make a payment on a bedroom suit so I'm going to mail this back to you and I want my money back on my car and after the money goes back on there I'm going to cancel that card and order me a new one and I don't get my money back on that and you going to keep charging me for something I didn't use and I'm not keeping I will make sure you never sell nothing else this stuff really stink it ain't worth it I got so many bottles over there I don't need no more how about mine from another store I never order this so obviously somebody's using my card so I'm going to tell you again I don't want this stuff I want to send it back and I want a full refund

I was tricked thinking I was just paying shipping, trying to cancel, and get my money back- no legit number to call and cancel reoccurring order. Need contact # to cancel shipment. And the stuff doesn’t even work- very disappointed in Jennifer Aniston for endorsing this product- she must be broke to scam people like this!

Same issue as the above complaints - saw this Ketosium XS advertised by Ophra thru Instagram or FB. Advertised it was just a trial by paying for shipping only of $6.95 & no commitment. I even read over the disclaimer & terms to make sure this was not an auto ship gimmick & found nothing stating you would then be shipped monthly at a higher price. So I went ahead & did it. Now being charged full price & didn't even agree the the cleanse…just wanted the gummies. This gumdrop is just glorified vinegar that I can take from a regular liquid vinegar in a bottle for less than $5.00 a bottle. This company is totally scamming people.

Like others I answered an ad in my email talking about Macy's. It looked like it was directly from Macy's. The offer was to pay SHIPPING ONLY 6.99 TO 7.99. The offer was for Lumina skin products. I have just found out I was billed $119.95 for each item. I have already put a freeze on my credit card. I don't know what company is responsible for this, Macy's, Lumina or GGDC, but you all will be reported to the BBB. Order #214693832 and order #214693563. If I do not get a response I will go to my local (Boston, MA) consumer reporters on any local channel I can to straightened out.
Please get together and straighten this out. With those order numbers you should be able to connect me with my email or postal address, so please respond.

Ordered stuff for $6.95 and been getting stuffed and billed $96.95 ×2 times each month been trying to stop with no luck. Did find 2 international phone numbers one 44 151 339 2369 & 44 0151 523 7926. US 844-261-9304 about to call the US number I'll update! Thanks

I want a full refund. I saw items listed for 6.95 now Im being auto charged over and over after they charge me 69.98 I do not want this crap. These Keto gummies are sugar coated and full of carbs. They are as fake as snake oil. GGDC Fullfill Service PO box 997 is a fraudulent company who cannot be reached

I want a full refund the items were listed as $6.95, when I received it I got charged in the $ 96 dollar range I did try the gummies on my first one but they sent me a second set of gummies and cleanse, I want everything canceled and my money back

An advertisement on computer had an offer to try for $6.95, however had to pay $96.95 the PURE GLOW anti aging product, a one time trial offer for me 1X was what i wanted only. today I got a another confirmation for the product I did not order. tried contacting but could not contact however the confirmation was for full price!

As others, an order was placed for two samples of an anti- aging cream ( Pure Glow). A charge of $ 6.95 for P&H was sent per sample. Seven days later two charges for $96.00 were on my bank statement. These were unauthorized and made by GGDC Fullfillment in Garden Grove,CA. You will receive no address or phone# or e-mail address only a PO box 997 at 10441 Stanford Ave. G.G. ,CA. This scam seems to advertise other products also. Check your ads before submitting funds.

What a horrible experience, after asking for trial bottle of this scam product who was using Ophra Winfrey as a sponsor makes one believe it's legit. So, if you don't mail back the product immediately, they will charge credit card $200 on an auto delivery! Not even 10 days after initial scam purchase! It's like donating hard earned money to an undeserving scam compant! For absolutely Nothing! No product, no guarentee, no recourse! Don't bother mailing back anything, you bought it you own it! I've been duped!
