They (SpyFocus) advertised on Instagram and had a full refund within 30 days of delivery if not satisfied. The products do not work with IPhones as they advertised. Now they want to give a discount to me but, keep merchandise. They are useless if the don't work. Refusing to give me a full refund. I used PayPal and disputed through that application. I also noticed the initial charge went through and they set it up to be a re-occurring payment. I took my CC off of PayPal immediately.

I think they are from overseas and scamming for monies.

I would assume with PayPal they do not have my CC information and or any of my personal ID except for a phone number and email address using their correspondence support email.

I ordered 5 of their cameras. When I tried to activate one of the cameras, I couldn't get it to pair. After numerous attempts, I couldn't get it to pair. I contacted them via email, they offered me that I could send them back, but I would have to pay for shipping and handling, or they could refund me 50%, which I accepted. When you look at their returns policy it didn't display it on their website, but tells you to contact them for information, so when you do they tell you what they told me. I happen to be in YouTube and saw "THE EXACT SAME CAMERA & EXACT SAME ADVERTISEMENT" just using a different name!@ The name they are using now is "CAMTRIX"..
