submitted report last week as money was accepted and no communication except a vague email saying it shipped at 2am but was unable to provide tracking number.

Follow up is that I did receive the product a week later. appears to be a scam as they are unwilling to communicate or follow the time line they set forth, but I did actually received them.

GetSlidely.com is putting items for sale, but once the order is processed you receive no information other than a vague order confirmation. Any attempts to contact company have gone unanswered except an auto reply on the chat that says they will respond in 45 minutes which did not happen. I tried to email and fill out their contact form. After almost 12 hours I got a reply that my order had shipped two hours ago so I should see it soon, but no tracking was provided and when requested again no response. No product, no customer service, no communication, no refund.
