I purchased a mini version of a floor product called Robokleen. I recieved the product but the company signed me up for a monthly subscription for $71.97 for vouchers to order products free from various companies. I never knew that I had the subscription and I never received any vouchers. I only found the charge when I was reviewing my credit card statement I called and they canceled it per my request, but never refunded me nor sent me any vouchers to purchase the promised merchandise.
