Through an advertisement on the internet they sold me or so I thought a roboclean vacuum sweeper at a price of $133.94 plus shipping and handing of 1199 and Rush shipping of 499 so total of 141.84 I've had numerous phone calls since then and I cannot get a tracking number from them they tell me that USPS and the merchant will not provide one to them and this has been ongoing since August 28th I have contacted my bank and canceled all transactions I've changed my credit card to protect myself and they sent me an online verification of cancellation notification with an account number of 1449158 which I never made an account so I don't know how they got that number I've had calls all the way up as recently as November 15th I've had three calls with them and the last 20 days and all three of them are to the same effect no avail
