I went online to order CBD gummies from this merchant. Upon checking out, CBD oil was automatically added into my shopping cart which could not be removed being a tactic of this fraudulent practice. The total charges accounted for that day were $6.95 and $6.98. 14 days later, I was charged an additional $89.96 and $89.29. I immediately called my bank to report these charges were unknown and suspicious. I then realized the charges were from the merchant that I received the CBD products from. I spoke with a representative from GETRLYHEALTH.COM because that was the merchant listed on my credit card statement. This person told me that I agreed to a free trial through terms and conditions. I explained that I did not know anything about a free trial, and especially how much money these products were going to cost me which is an outrageous 6x the price of similar products listed by other vendors. In conclusion, this company uses many different brand names to mislead or confuse the consumer and use improper purchase authentication as well as hidden agendas within their terms and conditions.
