I had adds pop up on Instagram and saw that there were many options to purchase like through their website and Amazon. I read many reviews as to the quality of the product and confirming that people receive it with pictures included. After research I decided to purchase the item and it came with a free year of their app. When i tried to claim the free year on my app it didn't work so I emailed them to inquire about that and there was no response. I had paid for 3 day shipping and got a tracking number not long after the order. The tracking number was fake. After waiting about 2 weeks I started reaching out via phone, email, and support page having zero response. I had seen that when people left bad reviews someone was responding to them so I left a review stating the issues I had experiences as a last ditch attempt, someone responded saying to reach out on there support page or via email which is all the forms of communication they do not respond to. I have received dozen of auto emails and no response and I just want my money back
