In beginning of July I ordered 2 of so called portable Air Conditioning units which were advertised on the website getpolaire.com, and after several days I was charged $151.00. Just a few days ago I finally received only 1 unit (instead of 2 ordered) which was delivered already broken and cannot be used. It was shipped without any paperwork – no invoice, no tracking numbers, no company names and also not the same as advertised – completely different brand. I have sent several times an email to this email address: [email protected] which was provided by PAYPAL website after I ordered the product. So far I did not receive any response to my emails. Looks like the merchants name "SAMBLE SERVICES LP" (also provided by PAYPAL) is a fake one and has nothing to do with above product. In addition, the website "MYSHOPWALA" (the name on my credit card statement) does not sell this kind of product. So, it is a complete internet scam by a bogus company which does not exist and does not provide any contact details.

BE AWARE!!! Please do not buy the Arctic Air Cooler, this is junk. If you see this an ad, do not click on it or be lured into this scam. I did not research enough before my purchase. Folks, read reviews for anything you buy, it truly can save you money, time and aggravation!!! I normally review items that I plan to purchase. But I did not for this item for some reason. I ordered 3 of these items (along with a lifetime warranty, extra $22.00 for a total of $168.00) from an online video advertisement that appeared to be valid (as seen on TV) type purchase. My husband went onto the website so I don't have the exact one I was on, but the name is getpolarie.com. The Cooler runs off of a USB cord, but does not come with the plug itself, just the cord. I thought it was going to plug into the wall with a normal plug. These are meant for very small spaces as it is a fan basically. These are plastic and have a paper filter that needs to be replaced about every 6 months. On one of the coolers, the plug outlet is not aligned properly so therefore it won't work (ever). Another one has a broken piece of plastic and the cover for where the water is added is also not attached as it should be. I tried reaching out via the contact us link from my email purchase, however I was unable to get a response the company. Also, no phone number is provided. I believe this was a scam (be cautious). I found the support email address on the ScamPulse.com of another person's post and I sent an email to that address and I did get a response, but you only have 15 days to initiate a return (another issue), so I explained my situation, and indicated from the beginning I needed to return the 3 coolers for a full refund of $168.00. This correspondence went on for a few days and then I said what exactly is needed for this return, they said a 4 digit code, I checked and I don't have any 4 digit codes on my emails that I received from them, only a 7 digit order number. They had me take pictures, explain again why I needed to return the items, on and on requesting the same information or one more piece of information. An order number and email address or name should be sufficient to speak with the person who will help return an item. Additionally, there was no paperwork (packing list or anything) with the items. They were not shipped all together, but separately and in a plastic polybag and no cushion or anything. Bottom line is that if I had read 1 review of this item I would not have purchased it!!!
