I wanted to buy the Nuubu detox foot patches to try for $14.95. I go to their site, choose this one put in my card info and then on to review/change my order before submitting order. On that page it shows where I ordered this one and then 4 more and I didn't. I click on everything on that page and nothing works. I also can't go back and change anything either. I am locked into this page. I can only submit. They had a chat box there but no one came on to help me. I waited and waited. Finally I hit submit and then called them within a few minutes but they would not cancel or change the order taking off the ones I did not select. I had to wait until they arrived and then return them for a refund.

I got the package, got the return info which said it's going to Lithuania. It was shipped to me from NY. I go to UPS to see how much it will cost and it's $200 to $300. What I paid for was $67 so why would I return it? Precisely. And I was told the same thing at the US post office as well. I was also told that once the pkg leaves the US there really is no tracking from our side anymore. I was told by Nuubu to give them my tracking no. and they would track it for me. LOL!

Nowhere in the Return Policy on their site does it say this would be shipped to Lithuania. I could send it one way that costs $35 but it could take a month to get there. I really don't want to spend another dime with this whole scam. I should have read the bad reviews. They are out there. Plus the pads will turn black if you just put water on them.

I tried to reason with them but they have their story down pat as to what they will say to me which is - pack it in lady, you got scammed, have a nice day!
