I was charged $99.97 3x and then $20 .. 2x .. saying I won something to pay shipping of $1 or $2 .. I need my money back. Ppl like this should be put in jail ..

I have been charged the same way on a Walmart site now my account has been charged for 99.97 and 19.97.How do I get my money back?
I have tried to contact anyone about this and got a hold of someone and the person I talked to I could not understand a word she was saying. She just told me I needed to call back later.
Please help me I am on a fixed income and need to watch every penny.

I got a text message saying that I had a product waiting to be received so I clicked on the link and it took me a Walmart site we’re it said if I did the survey and pay the 2$ shipping fee it would get the iPad Pro so I put my info in and did the survey and instantly it took out 19$ and it tried taking out 99$ four different times please help me get my 19$ back thank you
