I asked for service that was not met! I was told I would received this satisfying service or my money back if paid for premium 1 or 2 packages. (1 =$349, 2=249) I picked package number 2. sent the money via Zelle to one of their representatives. When it came time to get the help I needed, I never received any help when time came for assistance. I requested that I be refunded as for their policy states and they gave me many excuses on why they will not refund me and even though it is stated in their website. Please be careful of sites like these and never Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp any money to these people or sites similar because its 100 percent scam! Those reviews are fake! you can not write a review as a customer.
