Terrible Company

Like many of you, I've had a similar experience. My order did arrive on Jan. 6th-after placed on Nov. 22. They want me to send them back to China for my refund. I would like to report them to the BBB. I'm going to try and fight it with my credit card company as well. I haven't opened the package so I wonder if I can take them back to USPS and refuse to accept them?

Huge scam

Ordered 4 sets of pajamas on November 23rd, have yet to receive them. Emails from customer service just keep saying they are on the way and they can’t cancel my order. I’m disappointed that I didn’t look at reviews first because I was in a hurry to purchase them!

I ordered four sets of Christmas pjs on November 30 and never received an email. I used the order number to track on their site and it stated it was being processed. I sent an email and got a response that stated it may take time depending on order date. I called the customer support line and they answered stating I would receive my order today December 20 and would receive an email with tracking information, which I never received. Waiting to see if package arrives but feeling scammed.. Jenn

BEWARE -Total bait and switch scam. I ordered the Stewart Plaid for the whole family and our new granddaughter. Good news is even though It took more than 3 weeks they finally arrived. Bad news is they weren’t at all what was advertised. The plaid that was delivered wasn’t anywhere close to what was displayed on the site. In addition they are not 100% organic cotton as advertised. I contacted their customer support via e-mail and was first offered a 10% discount to keep them. Then a second offer of 30% discount, then finally a 70% discount. They finally provided a return address in China and indicated they would only provide a refund once I provided a tracking #. Estimated shipping to China is at a minimum of $45.00 which they will not refund. Nothing easy about return/refund as stated in their advertising. Buy somewhere else. You’re likely to be disappointed and out your $$ buying from here.

This is a royal scam! I ordered items on November 26,2021. Money was taken out of my account on November 28,2021. For the last week I have repeatedly tried to contact someone at Getchristmaspajamas, to no avail. Emails do not go through and I have left 3 messages on the fake recording. In checking the phone number this is what I found “this phone number is being labeled and blocked on phones as SPAM, Scam or a Robocaller. Will check reviews before ever ordering anything again.

I ordered November 20 and I'm still waiting - I did get a tracking number and from what I've seen, it says it's in my city, at the post office as of 2:15 pm today (like an hour ago!) so while they aren't here YET...they might be soon. You ordered 6 days after me so I'll keep my fingers cross that yours show up in about a week!

Nov. 2021 I ordered four sets of Christmas pyjamas but have received nothing. This is a scam site. I sent a message to customer service and it generates a tracking number which changes. There is nobody to speak with. Do not order from this site!

This place is a scam! I spent $155 for pajamas for my whole family in October and yet here I am with nothing. They don't have a contact person you can speak too and all emails are generated because it's the same response all the time. They provided a tracking number when I said I was going to dispute the charge and it's a tracking number from China that has no updates as of 11/22. Big scam and it's sad they're even allowed to be online selling anything.

I ordered Christmas pajamas for my whole family. 13 people! They were ordered on Dec. 1st. I have not received anything from them. The tracking information that I received was inconsistent. I spent a lot of money and now the email address attached to the website is invalid. I am heartbroken.

I also ordered Christmas pajamas for 16 people! I ordered them November 18th. Just got them today. Guess what, not the pajamas I ordered and they are so cheaply made! I have been back and forth with someone and they offered me a 10% discount! Really? They should be ashamed of themselves. Its a pretty elaborate scheme they have going. I should have read the reviews waaaaay before I ordered. I was too trusting. Have to find a way to shut down this site so that they can't keep scamming.

Ordered matching family Christmas pajamas. They sent me a confirmation order code. After almost a month order was never shipped. All contact info is fraudulent. I tried to email them and instantly got a reply saying we can not deliver this message. Order was never received
