Type of a scam Phishing
Texts me in response to my listing in craigslist for car sale. Says he is interested and money is not a problem and can bring cash or go to bank. He said he can come to see the car, then he asks for GCH papers. I asked what GCH paper is? He said it is to get history report from getcarhistory.com site. I told him I can provide from carfax, but he said he prefers getcarhistory.com. And he says the car (7 seater fullsize SUV) is for his 17 year old as a present (Nobody buys full size SUV as the first car for a 17 year old).
I believe this is definitely a scam to get me pay for the history from that site.
