Type of a scam Online Purchase
My card was charged $1 on 2/9. I called
************ to check the status. I was told while on the line the product just came in and will ship. My card would not be charge until it ships. My card $22.35 on 2/10. I checked the status on 2/23. I was told again product just arrived to warehouse on PA and it will be received in 7-10 days. I was told the same thing on 2/9. I asked for it to be expedited; to speak to CSM; why my card was charge if they have not shipped as I was told on 2/9. Any construction I requested I was just told I will get the product in 2-6 weeks. The response time kept changing throughout the conversation.
