- Phoenix, AZ, USA

I ordered an Aerovac car vacuum on Nov 30, 2024. Money deducted by Aerovac on December 2, 2024. I have not received vacuum as of Jan 28, 2024. Did some online research and learned that it is a scam. Fortunately, my bank credited the full amount into my account. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

- Byron Center, MI, USA

I purchased an AeroVac vacuum from the website listed on 11/12. I finally got a shipping notification on 12/9 that the item shipped and was expected to arrive on 12/14. However, when checking the tracking, only a label was ever created, and ups was never in possession of the item. I went to contact the company regarding the discrepancy, and conveniently, there is no phone number that you can actually call the company. So I reached out via the contact us option on the website. I did get a response back a few days later that was a mass cookie-cutter email about how they're sorry it is taking so long, but I never received any further contact or information. It seems like they have a huge scam set up and I’d hate for others to fall victim to this. I did end up submitting a claim to my credit card company regarding this purchase.

- Nashville, TN, USA

Advertised products for delivery by holiday that they never manufactured. Provided false tracking number for shipment. Lies about product being shipped and refused refunds.

- Youngsville, LA, USA

Saw an add on social media. Ordered the product. Received tracking info from USPS. It has been in pre shipping mode for over two weeks. Indicating that just a label has been made and USPS has not received the item. Reached out to seller. They tried to tell me that USPS isn’t updating their tracking info. USPS told me different. Reached out multiple times to shipper to request a refund. They told me that I couldn’t get a refund because it’s been shipped. That is not what the return policy states on their website. They advertise 60 day return policy. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband.

- Richmond, IN, USA

I saw an add on Facebook regarding aerovac, a car vacuum. I purchased multiple items in November for Christmas gifts. Money was directly sent to Paul Han via PayPal. I received shipping notification on 12/7/24 but shipping label was created and items were never sent. After multiple request for refund when I did not receive items for Christmas (support team offered discount on next item purchased for the late arrival initially when I reached out in early December and then stopped responding when I continued to require refund), “aerovac support team” stopped communicating with me altogether and I have reached out to PayPal for help. Researching the internet, I realize this is a complete scam.

- Williamsburg, VA, USA

Ordered through shop application on 11/23 label created 12/9 with ship date of 12/13. I sent over 57 emails to support. Mostly no response or auto response. The few responses I did receive were it’s in route sorry for the delay. They have no phone number and no means to pursue at this point in time. I am ready to take legal action.

- Saint Francisville, LA, USA

I ordered a vacuum on November 30th. I received an “item has shipped” email on December 9th. The item never shipped. The tracking link still says they are awaiting the item. I have emailed back and forth with the company for two weeks. I have asked that they cancel my order and refund my money, but they refuse. They keep saying it has shipped and then in the next email that it will ship soon. They are dishonest and should be avoided.

- Dubuque, IA, USA

I received a tracking number for my purchase but USPS says it is still awaiting the package from the seller. This was 3 weeks ago. There are no phone numbers to call for support. I have sent messages and the responses have been very vague saying they are working on it and it’s on its way. The tracking information has not changed. USPS still does not have possession of the package.

- Wausau, WI, USA

I purchased this for a Christmas present on 11/26. No shipping info provided so I contacted the company via email when no phone number was listed. I requested a phone number and they said they do not have phone operation and would only correspond via email. I requested a tracking number and they refused to provide one stating that due to high demand there were delays. I followed up two additional times, both times requesting a tracking number and both times they ignored that request and send discount codes or coupons. I still have not received the product and have filed a claim with my credit card company. Huge scam - alert everyone.

- Cedarburg, WI, USA

I ordered through their website, received confirmation and shipping information. They stated 2-7 days for delivery. They gave me a fake UPS tracking code. I attempted to contact the company, no response. There is no address on the website.

- Clarks Summit, PA, USA

I purchased an AeroVac vacuum from the website listed on 11/16. I did get a response back a few days later that they would “look into it”, but I never received any further contact or information. Upon going to their Facebook page, although many of their comments seem to get deleted after they are posted, I saw quite a few comments of others having a similar situation with people getting a shipment notification but it only ever saying that a label was created… not that ups ever received the item. It seems like they have a huge scam set up and I’d hate for others to fall victim to this. I did end up submitting a claim to my credit card company regarding this purchase.

- Bucyrus, OH, USA

I purchased this off a website for a gift for $150.99 and they said it was to ship within 2 business days. It been over 3 weeks and they won’t answer emails or anything and I have received nothing.

- Millis, MA, USA

Ordered a car vac on line, paid and it never shipped.

- Plympton, MA, USA

The website seems legitimate. Adds are all over Instagram and Facebook. It’s a scam - no orders are being shipped and there is no response to emails. Charges are being processed to credit cards.

- Newport, AR, USA

Ordered the product 11/10/24, it was supposed to ship in 24 hours and arrive within 7-14 days. I emailed on 12/8 and received a response saying it had shipped. I tracked the shipping and USPS said the label had been created but they had not received the item to mail. On 12/13 I emailed again, as the item still hadn’t been received, and requested a refund. They denied my request and said they had sent the product to ship. Tracking still shows USPS is awaiting the product ship. I emailed again on 12/13 to say I think it’s a scam and they did not respond. I started looking at reviews on their Facebook ad and they are deleting everything negative.
