Ordered the net boost pro. Received the item and it isn’t working after a week. Contacted for a refund as it had a 100% satisfaction or your money back as long as it was returned within 30 days of delivery. They continue to email offering an alternative solution of keep the product and them refund 20%. I responded I wanted a full refund. They then countered with keep the product and we will give a 30% refund and stated if they did a return I would pay return shipping (which would be high) and a stocking fee. At this point I’ve still not received a full refund and obviously they are making it to where you won’t. Stay away! Product doesn’t work either! Delivery was slow. I’m pretty sure it came from overseas.
