I ordered the smart hoop for 20ish dollars on August 1st 2021. I contacted them a few times telling them I never received a tracking number or anything and they told me they are a small business and they apologize and will send me a free one with my order as well. Its been a very long time now since they have responded to one of my many emails. 7 months and NOTHING. I already paid too. I originally found the company through TikTok

Just realized me and my coworker never received our hoops and it has since last July/ August! Now there aren't even traces of our emails and the site is down! What [censored]! I was hoping I used PayPal but no such luck! Eat dog c[censored] GETSMARTHOOP! Deuces!

Smarthoop scam

I ordered a smarthoop off tiktok add. This was in july. I have not received my order and asked for a refund. They ignore my emails. I go to getsmarthoop.com and it says site is down.

I ordered weighted hulu hoop on July 3rd 2021. After several emails back and forth. Stating they are sold out. They plan on shipping me additional hulu hoop for waiting so long. I just checked my order status today Dec 23rd 2021 now website is down. Ill be calling my credit card company Monday to get my refund back and adding BBB complaint. I got scammed.

I purchased two smart hoops off of TikTok on July the 4th. After several emails back and forth with them changing dates and promising me it would ship the following week I decided to cancel my order. I haven’t heard a word from them sense. Makes me sick thinking of all of the people that they scammed and that this has been allowed to happen

I ordered a smart hoop July 2, 2021 on TikTok. A month went by and I emailed them wondering when I was going to get my order. Story short, I have emailed them 25 times, I got some replies, all I have is the owners name is Julie. I believe it's a scam. Even though I most likely lost my money, be aware ordering anything on tiktok
