I placed an online order for what was advertised as a free bottle (sample) of their serum. The order process was tricky, I had to uncheck boxes so I didn’t auto refill the product or buy 2 bottles, which was the default. Finally, I selected 1 free bottle with $0.00 total. I still had to enter my credit card to continue which seemed odd. And there was no review of the order before pressing the buy button, which didn’t even exist. All of a sudden there’s a screen that says thanks for your order. With no mention of the total of the order or what you bought. 10 minutes later, my email confirmation stated I owed $143.39 for 2 bottles and a book. I called their customer phone number to cancel the order cause it was clearly a scam. The customer rep started bargaining with me, what if we charge you only $79, how about $30? I insisted they cancel my order and refund my money or I would report them to BBB. They reluctantly voided the order and said they would refund my money. Takes 2 business days they said. What nonsense and scammers.
