I placed two separate orders, one on my card and the other on my boyfriend's card. His order was for $47.95 and mine was for $35.96. Both items were supposed to ship to my address. I placed both orders on 8/22. The website advertises the processing time for an order is 1-3 days and shipping to the US should be 7-14 business days. I sent an e-mail on 9/6 to ask about the status of the two orders because the status was never updated to "shipped" to which I got no response. 3 days letter, on 9/9, I sent a follow-up e-mail saying that if I did not receive a response in the next 24-48 hours I would need a refund. The website states that in order to request a refund I need to reach out to the same customer service e-mail I have already been trying to get in contact with. Again, no response to the second follow up e-mail that was sent 3 days later. Also on 9/9, I sent one e-mail to each confirmation e-mail that was sent when I first placed each order, stating I needed a refund to which I also did not receive a response. I ended up reaching out to my credit card company that I purchased one of the orders on ($35.96) and filed a dispute with them. I still need my boyfriend to contact his bank about filing a dispute with his debit card for the $47.96 charge as well unless you guys can somehow refund the order.
