To whom it may concern....Good morning.

I have been disputing 2 charges from Marz Store since May. There were 2 charges on the same day, March 23rd, for $ 89.82 and 89.84. I disputed the charges to CitiCard because my wife and I were traveling from Hilton Head to Savannah and did not place this order. We can have our friends testify to this fact. CitiCard credited them off , cancelled my card and re-issued a new card. This is always frustrating because I have recurring charges to my credit card which necessitated my changing all that information to those vendors.

First, let me say that I'm not trying to be obtuse about this but I will swear with an affidavit that the following line items are true:

The charges of $89.82 and $89.84 were not made or authorized by me as the date in question, March 23rd, we were traveling from Hilton Head to the Savannah airport and both my wife and our friends who were driving us can attest to that fact. CitiCard then cancelled my card and sent me a new one.

I understand that the CitiCard Fraud Department has determined that they are legitimate based on what they received from Get Marz Store however why 2 charges with only a 2 cent difference?

If there are 2 charges with such a minor difference and if they said I received them I should have received 2 shipments. They provide only one USPS tracking number and thus there should have been 2 shipments. I received neither one. If I had, I would have contacted Get Marz Store and requested an RMA to send back as I did not order or want them. I would have gladly paid the shipping charges back.

On the information they submitted to CitiCard, based on my dispute, they stated that I received them via a USPS tracking number, however, the date delivered was March 12th, How could I receive a package two weeks before the order was placed? This is the only tracking number I received. And with 2 charges, there should have been 2 deliveries. I reiterate, I never received either one.

Finally, in looking at the items they submitted to CitiCard it appears these pills are marketed and geared for men between the ages of 20 and 40...maybe 50. At 74, I don't think these would benefit me so why order?

Again, I am not trying to be difficult but having been a long time CitiCard customer and having spent literally thousands of dollars with only an occasional legitimate dispute which was always resolved, why would I lie about this or jeopardize my excellent credit rating?

In good faith I contacted them and had hopes to hear from them by the end of the day today, Monday. June 14th. I received no response. I would expect the courtesy of a reply if they deemed themselves as a fair and reputable company.

I sincerely had hoped that we could have resolved this amicably.
