Type of a scam Government Grant

I received a text advising me I qualified for a government grant. The website was personalized with my name ect. They wanted me to fill out a form with my email to get more info. No government program would contact me unless I initiated the process. With each step they ask for a little more information until they can steal identity or access your accounts, ect. Not a government website. Beware
