a Price was quoted for 21,505.00 on 3/15/23 the next day Jake the salesman came back with his superviser and the Superviser said that reinforcement was need for additional 6.750.00. because my roof was week. I agree and sign the contract. When the job was completed. Sam the person that oversaw the job collected the last check but did not collected for 6,750.00 stated that the reinforcement was not needed and it was not done. Two weeks later Universal Builders Co call me and stated that I still owned them ^46,750.00 for the reinforcement of the roof. I told them what Sam had said and they stated that was not true and that they had picture of it. I ask them the bring me the picture and then I would pay. They brought 2 pictures. I was not happy with the pictures. but I paid anyway. After words I was studying the picture and realize that the pictures was not of my roof.. I called, and e-Mail them but no response.
