There seems to be two parties involved.
Went to their website to buy puppy , made inquiry and some one by name Jason texted from number 315 905 2978 claiming family business as dog breeder. Asked to make payment via Zelle to following account $650 + $150 = $800 ( total)

Later than it was transferred to delivery agency called GBI Shipping express. I got contacted via 216 236 3924 giving info about tracking number.

They said they needed $1200 for pet insurance and paid money via Zelle to

Later on I got call from bank saying this could be fraud and stop paying any more. Coincidently found out that the status of shipping has changed to 'On Hold' demanding more money for crate. When tried to reach out to seller / gbi express they keep saying I had to pay it. The conversation did not go well. GBI express agent keep saying we know our legal rights and will take to the court. Than I decided to forget everything and block their numbers.
I dont know what will happen next. I have also filed police report near my place. Please be aware of these scams.

I was looking to find full blooded German Shepherd puppies i came across his website i contacted him in regards to a pup on his site named "frank" he texted me told me the adoption fee was $650 that was with the AKC registration papers puppy being chipped and then an extra $150 to have the puppy shipped from FL to KY and delivered straight to my door. Since i am recovering from a hysterectomy that seemed like an amazing deal me and my husband discussed it and went ahead and purchased the pup. He sent us documents via e-mail to sign he signed them showed we paid in full and that the pup was on its way. The next day there was a problem with the air line (GBI Express shipping) they needed money for a kennel then needed more money for a vaccination for the pup so we did as the airline asked. Then the pup reached TN and once there it was even more problems we needed to pay for another vaccination and test then we was told the pup had Covid-19 and was being held in quarantine for 10 days and we had to pay $500 a day if we refused to pay it they was then going to take us to court for neglect of the pet so we have started the process of paying it but we are worried we are being scammed out of thousands of dollars! Not only have i asked to know the name of the shelter the pup is at i have asked for a phone number GBI reps tell me they won't accept phone calls and will contact me if the pup ends up getting worse other than that they won't give me any information to check on the pup myself i am highly concerned about this!
