Purchased a {Limited Time Special} 2021 McQ 750 Destroyer E-Bike-Color Black Item# 00005 for $99.00 USD. Payment sent to [email protected] via PayPal. The merchant's name is Geri Medlin. I received a confirmation email and was given a website to check status. Each time I checked my fulfillment status was "Awaiting Processing". I reached out to the merchant before submitting a request for help from the PayPal Resolution Center. After a couple of emails with no response after several weeks I filed a claim with Pay Pal. The seller sent an email with a tracking number that stated the product was shipped and delivered, but I was unable to get any description of the product that was supposedly delivered. The tracking number the seller sent stated the product was delivered, although the dates did not correspond with what response I was seeing from their website. There was no mention of a delivered status, but still was showing "Awaiting Processing". How can a product be delivered when it's still awaiting processing? Needless to say the seller never did respond to myself just PayPal's Resolution Center. Since the seller sent a bogus tracking number PayPal did not think my claim was valid, even though I was out $99.00. PayPal did not stand behind the buyer, but the seller's scam.
