Purchased a Newfoundland puppy online with geraldnewfiedogs.com made 2 payments of $420 for a total of $840, which was also to cover delivery of the dog. Come delivery day the shipping company wants us to pay $760 for dog insurance and $980 for a special crate, which we paid twice because they stated it didn’t go through the first time. Overall we paid $3,560 and have not received a dime in return or the puppy. When asked about refund I was told I would get it in 3 business days, that never happened either. When I went to follow up they stated the dog died when given vaccines that it needed to fly, which I did not ok being administered. However the puppy that supposedly died, is still listed as available on their website.
