Ordered several items from gepsls.com. Their tracking site (Track 678) said the package was delivered sometime in July. There was no package. Contacted "customer service" via email and promptly received a reply offering to reorder. Agreed to that solution. Contacted them again on 8/29 after reading some negative reviews online and not being supplied with the carrier for the shipment. A prompt reply ensured me they were a legitamate business and provided another tracking website (Track 818). The tracking says the package was delivered 9/4/23 (Labor Day?). No package. I have just sent another email asking for my card to be credited. Have not had a response, but it has only been a few minutes. Every response I received has a different name attached even though same email address.
