I received "GEORIGIA CERTIFICATE OF STATUS INSTRUCTION FORM (Georgia LLCs) document addressed to my business address on file with the state. Thinking it was a legit and essential form for an LLC in the state of GA, I went to the website listed on the form to meet their stated deadline on the form to submit payment requested of $67.50 as a state of compliance. After I submitted the payment, it took me to a similar page asking for more money of somewhere around $120.00 due to 2023 fee hikes or something. Something didn't seem right, and I should have gotten a confirmation email right after of payment submittal in which I did not receive as of yet. The website listed was. "GeorgiaFileOnline.org" so try it out because, I don't think they are legit and if they are they have no sister sites explaining who and what their purposes are. Plus I have Legal Zoom and they should have already filed a certificate of existence with the state. LLC's beware.
