I received a letter in the mail the evening of October 29, 2020 stating I owed $73.50 to the Georgia Business Compliance Services for a 2020 Certificate of Status, that was due by the next day, October 30. When I looked up the address, it was in a local shopping center at a Party City. Also, there was no official government letterhead. (I do also have a photo of the back of the paper that has the address of the scam business)

Received a letter by mail after registering my LLC in the state of GA. The company was attempting to look like a government form and included a deadline for filing for a Certificate of Status. They wanted $73.50. You can get this certificate for $10 from the state government.
