I too had a similar experience. They would not let me do a video chat with them to see the kitten. They (Daniel) claimed that the contract would protect me and that once I paid they would ship the kitten to me in the morning and I would have it in the evening.
They claim the kitten was F2 and selling it for 650.00. So many red flags! The site is www.starbengs.com. I told them I was uncomfortable with proceeding without securing my purchase. He told me that they had gone out of their way for me to feel comfortable with the purchase and I could just chose not to buy it. I decided to pass. Stay away from this site. I hope this site gets investigated. The e-mail address the gave me to send money to goes to a woman in OK. The address that's on the contract doesn't show any owner and is in the middle of the city of Denver!

This “breeder” operates under the two listed names, and maybe more. When asked about kittens they will reply and urge you to purchase deeply discounted Bengal kittens. I contacted both inquiring and they sent the exact same word-for-word procedure responses. When asked what payment forms were acceptable, they only offered unsecured methods such as PayPal friends and family (NOT goods and services). Definitely avoid, this is a scam. The email is from ******’s bengals when asking about shipping and payment procedure, but I got the same verbatim text from Starbengs.com. AVOID.
