My fiancé and I were looking for a house to rent. When we can in contact with a “home owner” name George Fonkwo whom said I can’t get my rental company to rent my house. He drop the price of the rent on the house. He sold us on the fact that rent is too high in Memphis and that he can sell the house his self. Not to me knowledge that he did not own any of the property he try sell me. He’ll say he’s a truck driver so don’t call or text him he’s on the road and that I can talk to is lawyer Beverly Johnson a real lawyer in Memphis just not his. Please be aware of lies and scammers like this, the even send me a fake lease and change the locks on the house.
