I purchased a Geochron 4K Atlas 11 months ago. The unit worked fine until I subscribed to the company's subscription with their map layers. The devise I bought will not work now and is useless. The company will not honor their warranty. They tell me to wait for a software fix sometime in the future and that I'm stuck with a faulty devise. This is a scam. They do not return phone calls as well. Others are having the same problem. This company has sold hundreds of these defective units and will not honor their warranty and refuse to refund the $400.00 that I paid for this defective devise.
