I ordered clothing on May 24th and to date have not received it. It still states “ awaiting shipment” as of July 27th. I have emailed 3 times now and they keep assuring me that my order was shipped but refuse to give tracking number. They keep asking me to be patient.

Add came up on Facebook in October 2022 for reasonably priced flannel lined shirts. Bought 6 for gifts. Didn't receive them so reached out after a month via email under Contact Us on website. No answer. Waited a couple days. Tried again with no answer. Tried a few more times. Finally got a response saying it was a hold up in customs. I tried to reply back but the email came back to me. Tried a few more times but email was no longer working and no other means of contact was given on the website ie.: phone.

Online store selling discounted mens jackets for ~$10 each. Found by an ad via Facebook. Website appeared updated, received an automatic order confirmation email. Item never arrived. Confirmation sent by "[email protected] via email.shoplazza.com"
