Total Scam Business

Horrible. I never received my order and they said it was signed for on delivery. The delivery notice said "left on front porch". That is not signed for. They will not refund, replace, nothing, except gave me the number of the USPS to figure it out in my own. It's been 24 days!

Buyer Beware!

Long story short, I did not have my tracking # so Company kept my $120 and the merchandise. They do not have a customer service number you can call - only on line communication. Big red flag. This was a gift from my mother, I will never order again. They have poor communication skills and terrible business practices. Stay away!

Gentle Herd is a scam

I ordered from gentle herd (never received any confirmation, but order eventually came). Item was too small. it was very difficult to reach anyone regarding a return, but I was given an address (no label) and told to take a photo of the shipping receipt and I would be reimbursed. Sounded like a red flag. I submitted the receipt and was asked for my PayPal info. Needless to say this reimbursement never came. They received ed my return 8 days ago and I have receive ind no confirmation. I have emailed, called, and chatted several times, and each time I am told something different. No one confirms they have received it. One guy told me I had to fill out an online form that was unable to be downloaded. Each time they feed me a line. Others have reported the company as well, but it's clearly fraud. I've disputed the transaction with my credit card. I would not recommend you buy from this company.

Initially, I thought Gentle Herd looked like a legit on-line clothing company. It was only after I placed my order that I had a high degree of suspicion that the company was completely bogus. The tracking information did not appear for days. There is basically no way to contact them; they have no phone listed, and no one responds to the customer service email. No updates- nothing. This is an Instagram ad to scroll on by for sure.
