A site came up talking about Sally Fields bombshell. How she stays so youthfull. She says she uses Gentille Derma Cream. Comments were made by other actrist like Julia Roberts, Helen Hunt, Merle Streep and others. They made a special trial offer of just paying $4.95 shipping and receive a free bottle of Gentille Derma Serum. I used my Visa and when the total came up it showed about $19.47 and $8 and something, making it a total of almost $30. Then it said my order was incomplete on an email. It sure took my money and gave me an order number. #699451

You sing up using Kelly Rippa as an added attraction and when You enter your credit card they charge you for a 5.00 cream and sell you an eye serum thinking you are paying for mail only but then use a Recurring Charge for the Full Price and mail automatically the Recurring charges and will NOT give You a Refund, while they Still keep charging you monthly!

Called to cancel my trial period so as not to get charged any more money for the free trail. Free meaning $19.47 + $8.97 for two products to be shipped in the United States. Was told a bunch of B.S. on how i needed to return it & i wouldn't be charged a restocking fee. If i kept the trail period products i would be charge the full price for both products totaling close to $200. I told them that they need to read Terms & Conditions, because I did and this was a big scam. I've shipped larger liquid items around the world for less. After being placed on hold a few times, representative returned and said, "I could keep the free trail period cream & eye serum with no future charges. Gave me my cancelation code and told me to look for the cancellation email. I've been suckered into these gimmicky products before, but this by far was the most deceptive. The ordering web site left out a lot of info even in the Terms & Conditions. BBB should take a look at the advertising & marketing companies practices. -Caroline

The Gentille Derma scam is a full fledge Fraud. I ordered one product for SH of $5.99. The company charged me a total of $40.00 unauthorized for two products. I did not order 2 products. I called them to cancel what I knew would be an expensive scam membership. They refused to refund any money even though they had overcharged me for SH. We need to get this scam shut down. Please contact any and all authorities to get this stopped. If anyone has additional info on helping to get this shut down please share. Thank you!

I almost got scammed by these crooks. They used reference KELLY RIPA. Only 5.88 for s&h but tried to charge my card 19.47. My bank alerted me as fraud charge and declined it. I sent them email and called them crooks. Someone should let kelly know they are using her reference.

Call 844-201-0360 Customer support to cancel membership and auto shipping. I told them it burned my face and broke out in hives. They asked me to pay a courtesy charge for product they said would only cost shipping charges. They cancelled everything and I can keep the two items

Everything I am reading here, IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, and I can't figure out where the money is coming from because I can't find the actual account that has my credit info! I just received a 3rd bottle and I was charged another $104.00! I thought I was doing like everyone else: paid $5 for a product they said was going out of business--out rather, the brick and mortar store was closing and they were basically giving away products to the "first 100 people to pay the $5 in shipping!"

Does anyone know how we can get our money back, and how we can track our account?

INTERNET. BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS COME MISSING 3 ITEMS,BUT NO WAY TO GET THEM.
I CONTACTED THANE NUMERIOUS TIMES WITH NO RETURN CALL. HAVE TO ORDER A FULL KIT OR.2 TO GET THEM, UR CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE KIT. I was scamed.

There was an advertisement to try out a skin cream and you only pay shipping I was in rolled into a program they’re taking money out of my account all the contact information that you have given me does not exist they are scammers and I’ve been scammed and I will take $200 a month out of your account and I can’t seem to stop them
