I was on Facebook and my computer locked up. They told me to unlock it I would have to send them an electronic payment (off of my checking account) for $299.00. I have alerted my bank and gotten a new account. Then I got a second call saying that they were out of business and they could not provide any more consultation. They gave me information to email the ScamPulse.com and ask for a refund. They wanted me to go on line to my bank (which I don't do) and give that information to the ScamPulse.com for a refund.
