This company posed as a Torrid website. I was directed to a Torrid website picked out my order and was able to use my bank debit card. They only took the dollar amount I owed sent a fake tracker said my package was delivered but I never received it.

I ordered on January 21 2025 and I have been going back and forth since then. They advised me it was shipped and then it was the carrier and now its back to saying they are reshipping it and then back to carrier and advised it was delivered. I have not received any product. I keep getting a response now stating it was refunded. It has not been refunded.
