I ordered medication on genericmedst.com.. I paid $255.76 which included $36 for the shipping..I was given a tracking number and directed to intercourierlogistics.com where I tracked my parcel with the provided tracking number and tracked the parcel to Canada where the website stated it was being held pending insurance.. so I go to genericmedst.com and use their live chat service and I'm told that the shipping company is requiring me to pay a refundable insurance fee of $160 or I risk losing my parcel.. so now I google search intercourier logistics and find a contact email.. I email the company and forward screenshots of correspondence between myself and the shipping company and I'm told that I ot from anyone in our company.. I go to intercourier logistics tracking page and try tracking the number I was given . And guess what.. it's not in their system.. these scammers used intercouriers logo.. letterhead.. and website format all to deceive someone into thinking they were dealing with a legitimate shipping company.. basically after they tricked me into sending them $255 they still tried to get more money from me.. I called them out.. they told me I was confused and I just went to the wrong website.. this is a very elaborate scam.. I told them I wanted my money back.. I requested my money back thru cash app.. nothing.. now they ignore my emails.. ignore my calls.. no response to my live chat.. this is just criminal.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. !!
