I'm would like to make a complaint against NCSPlus Incorporated / yellowpages.com .1st off i would like to say that i'm a General Manager of a hotel and feel that this company is 100% trying to SCAM us. In December a woman continued to call my Hotel every day, she kept telling my front desk staff that she was from the yellow pages. So when she had contacted my hotel for the 5th time that day. The message was passed on to me that i needed to contact them ASAP about our online yellowpages account for google.. She called back about an hour later for the 6th time that day, I had my front desk pass the phone call back to me to talk to her. On the other end of the phone was a very convincing woman who said that she was with yellowpages.com. Now i have to say that we do use the yellow pages as 1 of our listings and i do receive an invoice from yellowpages. ( AS IN THE PHONE BOOK) yellopages.So as i was talking to this woman who made it sound as if the 2 had been connected yellowpages and yellowpages.com .December 20th 2015 told me that we had a 30 day trial with yellowpages.com after 30 days we can cancel with NO COST . On January the 18th i received a notice from a collection angency NCSPlus Incorporated. See document PLEASE NOTE it is dated for the 20th of January but i received it before that date . On January 28th i received a call from Elizabeth who so kindly let me listen to my recorded conversation. After she stopped the recording she said " WELL THERE YOU HAVE IT " now payment needs to be made? I asked her how it was possible to have a notice from a collection agency when i never received a invoice or a bill in the 1st place.Not to mention the fact i received this notice on the 18th of January but its dated for the 20th . As i questioned Elizabeth how this is possible ? and clearly on the recorded phone call i stated that none of our bills are paid on site and are paid by invoice with a REAL INVOICE number. I told her that it sounded like a SCAM she did not want to here what i had to say, she hung up the phone, when i was able to prove that she was being less than truthful. After i asked her to please email or send me a copy of a bill or an invoice with invoice numbers on them . Elizabeth called my Hotel again today Note: this is the Message that gets left with my front desk staff . Elizabeth, Yellowpages accounts receivable. I's funny because when you put either of the address into the BBB scam finder the 2 addresses at the bottom of this notice show up as a SCAM .

this company claimed to do free trial advertisement for my company but after I the service within the free trial period they continue to fax me past due invoice which I didn't even receive the actual advertisement for. I continue to receive their fax recently and it has been almost 4 years. They didn't even have a phone # to call back before like 2 years ago. Now they do have a phone # for customers to call but only 1 person answering the phone for sales, accounts payable/receivable & other departments they listed on their phone directory and when I asked the customer service rep to provide me his full name he refused to do that. When I asked to be transferred to someone that can truly help me to resolve the issue ongoing for more than 3 years he refused and hung up on me. I have email communication records with that company as well which showed that they are not willing to resolve the issue at all but just scamming companies to use their service for free first and never take them off the list after free trial period so they can continue to charge them. I attached a fax they sent me before.
