The website on line for general medical supplies: generalmedsuppply.com is very fancy site which looks legitimate. And the google search that is connected with it leads you to Cinco Ranch Oxygen Supplies and Rental, also looks good with a positive review (at the time, now it has two negative ones). So after a google search, I called and ordered oxygen from Cinco Ranch Oxygen Supplies and Rental, it was to be delivered to my home. They texted me a charge and they charged me the wrong amount. When I saw the charge, only five minutes after ordering over the phone, I called to dispute and cancel the order. They said that I misunderstood them, but would refund and to this day they have not. They have a business address on the google advertisement on line but when I went to the address they do not exist there. When I call they put my phone to a hold, and do not answer. And when I use a different phone they answer but then immediately say "oh one moment" and put me on hold and never answer. I have never received my refund and I have no product. They are fraudulent and a danger to people needing medical supplies.
