Received two calls telling me I owe $700 to some mystery company called Natural General from Florida. They told me the company had a voice recording of the call I made to order some collagen creams and that I agreed to a $700 membership that I never paid. I am 100% sure I have never purchased any collagen creams or memberships of that sort. They had my name, phone number and mailing address. I asked for the name of the collections agency that was calling me and they said it was Rodriguez y Asociados. I searched online and no such agency exists. Also there's no Natural General in Florida or anywhere. I asked where I could find information on both companies and the web address for Rodriguez y Asociados and they hung up. Received a second call from the same number saying that they were from the financial court, whatever that means. Then they said it was from a company called Central de Riesgo de Reportes Financieros. I asked for their registration number and their permit to do business in TX and they told me they didn't have to provide it to me, which is not true. Then the woman got angry and started yelling and told me that the call was being recorded and that everything I said would be used against me. Told them to never call me again. They hung up.
