I applied in the website for jobs. i applied to position where i thought i would fix in. she later emailed me telling me she wanted to interview via google chat. I did. She was telling me what the job was and then she asked "normal questions" about the interview and right away she told me i was a fit for the company and then said i was going to start pay rate at $30 an hour. It was a red flag and then she told me she was going to send me a check for the software i need to do the work in, because it was expensive to buy and the company always provideded one for everyone. I messaged her later on telling her thank you for the job offer but i was just offer a job that pays 34.50 to throw her off and leave me alone.
