I ordered 2 ice makers from this company. The initial tracking email stated that it was mailed and received in California! My address is in North Carolina! The company replied that they would make it good and resend. I was very patient, but the next tracking email stated my products were sent to Kansas!
I have been more than patient, and I have saved every email from this company, promising me they were working on it… “to make it right.” I’ve waited each time they asked me to, with an overwhelming amount of patience. I want my money back! I want the world to know that this company cannot be trusted!
Please advise how I can forward you the many emails.

I ordered a ice maker machine July 5th 2022 and all I get is when I email them is we will ship out another one. I have texted them 37 times about this and keep getting the same thing check post office and they ship another one it's even sent to a different address and state for that matter.

I have been duped by this company. Since July they’ve sent me 3 different tracking numbers that lead to states that are not mine. BS excuses blaming US post office workers for not knowing what they’re doing when the whole time I’m sure my item was never sent.

I ordered two ice makers and two organizational cabinets. Never received. Filed a complaint with my credit card company to have them produce a fake delivery tracking number. Absolute scam. Beware!

Ordered a pink sit on hovercraft with bicycle wheels looking thing for my granddaughter on July 21 2022, I have been constantly emailing asking where it is.. One minute it's delayed, then it's on a plane, then it hasn't been sent, then they say it's been delivered and check with my neighbours. Today was Dont worry we are looking into it.

Company Genah Limited had a pop-up ad on Facebook advertising Air Conditioning units for $39.99. Placed an order for 1 unit on July 1st, 2022. Company has given me every excuse possible as to why I still have not received my item. I have asked via email for a refund at least 50 times, and they continue to come up with reasons and/or excuses to not return my money.

Three months ago I ordered 2 items, both items together was over $100.00. Since then I have been reaching out to them to refund my money or send the items which they had on discount they said. The items were a folding bed and a portable car fridge. I am very upset that they took my hard earned money which to some people is not much, but to people who don't have much, it is a lot of money to them. Now I realize this has been a scam all along and this is what they do, just take peoples money and laugh at them.

I ordered an table top ice maker that was one of those if you are the first 50 orders then the price is only $149.99. I got confirmation and when I kept asking about it I finally got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Said 15-20 business days. Well I waited then looked the tracking up and it said item had been delivered. I pulled up the delivery information and it says delivered to an Arizona address even though I live in Florida and that is the delivery address I gave them was Florida. I emailed them as there is no phone number that works and they just kept saying it has been delivered and to ask my neighbors if they got it or call the post office. Then they told us they would contact the carrier to have it resent. After contacting them again, they said they will reship if we accept
Then the last response I got from them was that they couldn’t wait to hear my reply. This company is a scam! Wasn’t much money but it was money I could have used to buy an ice maker from a legit store. Please spread the word! Geneh limited is a scam!

I ordered an air conditioner that was one of those if you are the first 50 orders then the price is only $49.99. I pulled up the delivery information and it says delivered to Mountain Home Arkansas even though I live in North Carolina and that is the delivery address I gave them was North Carolina. I emailed them as there is no phone number that works and they just kept saying it has been delivered and to ask my neighbors if they got it or call the post office. Then the last response I got from them was that they couldn’t wait to hear my reply. This company is a scam! Wasn’t much money but it was money I needed and could have used to buy an air conditioner from a legit store. Please spread the word! Geneh limited is a scam!
